Built by people who run FDA-regulated operations.

Kyros Trials is software for independent clinical research sites and small site networks. Our focus is the work your team owns: studies, visits, source records, consent, essential documents and sponsor billing.

Experience in regulated operations informs the questions we ask about records, accountability and handoffs. It does not replace a research site's protocol, investigator oversight, training or intended-use review.

Built around the site's working day

A research site coordinates many distinct responsibilities. A visit has a protocol window. Consent has an approved version. Source captures what actually happened. A signature belongs to the named person who reviewed the record. An invoice must reflect the work and terms agreed with the sponsor.

Kyros Trials connects those records without making them interchangeable. Your team remains responsible for reviewing the underlying evidence and deciding when a record is ready for the next step. The schedule can guide a coordinator, but it cannot decide eligibility. An AI draft can help prepare text when configured, but it cannot sign, approve or send it on its own.

We focus on independent US research sites and small site networks, rather than sponsors, CROs or private practices. Company roles, study-scoped access and a shared visit calendar reflect that focus. Each staff member has their own account and responsibilities, rather than a shared login or an undifferentiated company workspace.

Accountability before automation

Supports 21 CFR Part 11 controls (audit trail, e-signatures with re-authentication, access controls). Compliance depends on how each site validates and uses the system.

A time-stamped audit trail records changes with the user, before and after values, and reason. Signatures require the signer to re-authenticate. Access follows company roles and study permissions. These controls support a site's review; they are not a regulatory certification or a substitute for the site's procedures.

We never sell your data. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or Google's. Kyros Trials staff don't access your records except when you ask for support or the law requires it; that access is limited to named people and logged.

A conversation before a commitment

Our prices are published so your team can discuss fit before a demo. Starter is $299 per month, Site is $599 per month, and Network is $499 per location per month for two or more locations. The founding Site offer is $399 per month for twelve months under its published terms. No onboarding fee and no annual contract.

The demo is a chance to inspect a workflow, not an invitation to upload participant records into a public form. Tell us about your site, your current tools and the areas you need to review. Keep names, health information and study records out of the public request.

Access is invite-only. After a demo, the team can agree on next steps and invite the appropriate company administrator when the workspace is ready. That administrator brings employees into the organization with defined roles. A four-step setup introduces the company, sites, team and first study while keeping clinical permissions and signing controls intact.
